Before you send

- Do not attach collection exports or other files unless DeckFoundry specifically asks for them.
- For deck-quality feedback, use the in-app feedback workflow so the report contains only the intended deck review.
- If you are under 13, do not contact DeckFoundry or send personal information.
Security reports
Use the subject line “Security report.” Describe the affected page or feature, what you observed, and safe steps to reproduce it. Do not access another user's data, disrupt the service, or include exposed personal information in your message.
Unofficial project
DeckFoundry cannot provide official Disney Lorcana rules, organized-play, account, purchase, or product support. For those matters, contact the relevant official provider.
