Using DeckFoundry
By using DeckFoundry, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Notice. You must be at least 13. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, use DeckFoundry only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
If you do not agree, do not use the service.
What DeckFoundry provides
DeckFoundry provides automated tools for building, analyzing, completing, and saving Disney Lorcana deck lists. Recommendations are generated from deterministic rules and available card data. They are informational suggestions, not guarantees of legality, compatibility, tournament eligibility, card availability, price, or competitive performance.
Always confirm current tournament rules, card text, format legality, errata, and banned-card information with official sources before relying on a deck in organized play.
Your account and content
You are responsible for activity under your sign-in session and for the accuracy and lawfulness of collection files, deck names, and comments you submit. You retain any rights you have in that content. You grant DeckFoundry a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, copy, process, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, protect, and improve the service as described in the Privacy Notice. This license ends when the content is deleted, except for protected backup copies awaiting expiration and properly de-identified improvement records.
Do not submit passwords, authentication tokens, private account information, unlawful content, or another person's personal information.
Acceptable use
Do not interfere with the service, bypass access or rate limits, probe accounts or systems without authorization, upload malicious content, scrape the service in a way that degrades it, impersonate another person, or use DeckFoundry to violate law or another party's rights.
DeckFoundry may limit or suspend access reasonably believed to threaten the service, its users, or its providers.
Unofficial fan project
DeckFoundry is an unofficial fan-made tool. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, approved by, or endorsed by Disney or Ravensburger. Disney Lorcana, its characters, card artwork, names, and related marks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance is for identification and deck-building reference.
DeckFoundry's original software, branding, explanations, and site content remain the property of their respective owners and licensors. These terms do not grant permission to use Disney, Ravensburger, Disney Lorcana, or third-party artwork and marks outside the service.
Questions about intellectual-property attribution or a request concerning material displayed by DeckFoundry may be sent to the contact address below.
Support and marketplace links
Voluntary support is not payment for DeckFoundry access, enhanced recommendations, preferred cards, or influence over scoring. Support payments are processed by the identified third-party platform under its own terms. If DeckFoundry later includes affiliate links, they will be clearly identified and DeckFoundry may receive a commission from qualifying purchases. Affiliate or marketplace relationships never affect card scores, deck generation, or replacement recommendations.
Third-party sites control their own products, prices, availability, security, and policies. DeckFoundry is not responsible for transactions or activity on those sites.
Availability and changes
DeckFoundry may change, suspend, or discontinue features; correct or remove data; impose reasonable usage limits; or update these terms. When changes are material, the updated date will be posted and reasonable notice will be provided where practical.
You may stop using DeckFoundry at any time and can delete your application data through Data & Privacy. DeckFoundry may suspend access for material or repeated violations of these terms or for conduct that threatens the service or other users.
No warranties
DeckFoundry is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, DeckFoundry disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, and non-infringement. Nothing here excludes a warranty or right that cannot legally be excluded.
Limits on liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DeckFoundry and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or purchases made in reliance on the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
General terms
These terms and the Privacy Notice are the complete agreement governing use of DeckFoundry. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.
